Email sending limits

Verification codes, password resets, and invitations are sent from our infrastructure, so every environment has a published cap. Paid plans start at 10,000 and scale with the users you are already billed for, so they grow as you do. Windows roll forward daily: capacity comes back as the oldest day drops out, so a launch spike never locks you out for the rest of the week.

Prices exclude VAT and are billed per organization in your billing currency (DKK or EUR), across all its projects. VAT reverse charge applies for VAT-registered businesses in other EU countries.

Annual plans are a 12-month commitment billed up front: Pro saves 20%, Business saves about 17%, and the MitID add-on is 10% off. Audit and impersonation add-ons are usage-based and billed monthly. Monthly is month-to-month.

Builder is hard-capped at 25,000 MRU per project: sign-ins pause when reached. Pro and Business include 25,000 MRU per project, then a per-user overage with volume discounts built in. Audit logging is opt-in per project: 100,000 stored events free, then billed by stored volume. Need custom pricing? Talk to us about Enterprise.

MRU overage per user: 0,20 kr. up to 100,000 MRU, 0,18 kr. up to 1,000,000 MRU, 0,15 kr. up to 10,000,000 MRU, 0,12 kr. beyond.
