This week in review — Week 31

Highlights

  • Your auth pages, hosted by us. Every environment now comes with hosted sign-in, sign-up, and account pages — live at <your-env>.shrines.dev out of the box, or on your own domain with a CNAME and a click of Verify in the dashboard. Pick colors, appearance, and post-auth redirects per environment; no frontend code and no deploys on your side. Start at the hosted portal guide.
  • Organizations, end to end. Your users can create organizations, belong to several, and switch between them. Invite teammates by email with the drop-in <AcceptInvitation> component, manage member roles with custom permissions, attach your own metadata to organizations and memberships, and list a user’s organizations from your backend. The new organizations & roles guide covers it all.
  • <SignIn> is the whole front door. One mount now covers sign-in, sign-up, and forgot password — no callbacks, no router wiring. Building a sign-in-only surface? Pass hideSignUp.
  • Email limits you can plan around. Sending caps are now published on the pricing page: 5,000 emails per rolling 7 days on Builder, at least 10,000 on paid plans (or 2 per retained user, whichever is higher), and 100 per rolling 30 days in sandbox. Launching? Lift a production environment’s cap 5× for the rest of the day, straight from the dashboard.

Thanks for following along. More next week.
